Its standard clothing in the tropics and I've found it works on the farm
in Iowa. A long sleeve white shirt is cooler than bare skin with lots of
sunshine. Just by reflecting the IR of the sun it keeps the body cooler
than slight breezes from moving on foot or farm tractor. White painters
jeans would help the bottom half too. Water spilled on the clothes so it
can evaporate slowly is a strong cooler just from the heat energy
required to evaporate water.
Looks like its going to be rainy here, need waterproofed hill top rig.
