[MAMS] W9SNR/R UHF Plans

I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. It looks like I may not have 1296
for this one. I took the old 1296 transverter apart and used some of the
parts in a new one I'm building. Everything was going great until I ran
into trouble with the PLL circuit for the LO. Not sure if I will get it
going correctly in time.

But I hope to be active for a while on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with
the other bands.
