[MAMS] 2013 CSVHF Conference Rover Row and Dish Bowl Information

If any of you are going to the Central States VHF conference and have
thought about bringing your Rover or portable setup, here's some info
from Mike WB8BZK about the Rover Row / Dish Bowl. All are welcome.

Displays for the Rover Row and the Dish Bowl area will begin at 8 am on
Friday 25 July and will officially end at about noon but you can keep your
setup going as long as you'd like.

There will be an organized walking tour of each rover and dish setup that
will start at 9 am.  It would be great if when the tour gets to your
equipment you could point out any unique ways that you have set things up
that offers better performance, speed in setup/tear down, convenience or
cost effectiveness.

We will meet in the northwest corner of the hotel property.  The first row
of parking alongside the hotel (see the solid outlined box in the picture)
will be designated as our primary setup area.  It is a great location as we
will have the morning shade from the building!  We will use the next row
over (dashed box) for overflow.  If you are arriving on Thursday you might
consider parking your vehicle in the designated area as this will help
reserve the area for our activity. We have 8 confirmed participants with
rumors of several more also considering participating.  Please spread the
word if you hear of others that would also like to participate.

Look for the large banner set up along the side of the building similar to
the one below so that everyone will know where this activity will be held.
