[MAMS] First weekend of 10 GHz contest

Well, I think I've mostly recovered from Murphy's attack during the
UHF contest last weekend. I've gotten all the equipment fixed that I
had problems with. Had to get a new right rear tire for the car.

Next weekend Aug. 17-18 is the first weekend of the 10+ GHz Contest. I
have been thinking about it and I plan to drive to the EN50rl hill on
Saturday very early and be set up around sunrise. Jim W9SNR and I
experienced enhanced propagation on Saturday last weekend in the UHF
contest around sunset on 10 GHz and I'm hoping it is a phenomenon that
happens at both sunrise and sunset. KB0PE wants to try to work me on
10 and 24 GHz and W0JT wants to try for a longer-haul QSO on 10 GHz.
Any other takers? K8TQK? K4TO? Jim W9SNR, what are you doing this
first weekend?

I'm still not sure where I'll go on Sunday. Maybe a ways north or
maybe a ways south to try for some of the St. Louis gang. We'll see.
But I'm open to skeds.
