That's probably the best accessable site for a mobile in EM87.

If you go to You Tube and type in EM87, you will find a video of the site.

I easily worked W4DEX from there with 10w on 1296 (after the SE VHF Conf in 
Morehead, KY a couple of yrs ago).

in grid EM87qd today starting at 6:00 PM.He will only have 1296 MHz
