[MAMS] [Mw] 3CM PA - GIE T.V. ATV Design

One thing I noticed on the circuit board...it looks like there are mixer 
rings.  I wonder if it is really a transverter...maybe taking ATV 
signals from a different band such as 70cm or 23cm bands and taking them 
up to 10 GHz band?  I suppose one could take those out of circuiy with 
an exacto knife and just use the PA traces...
