[MAMS] MAD tomorrow

Good afternoon,

I plan to be on in the morning, starting at 1100 UTC.  This morning the 
bands were enhanced nicely for K8TQK and I.  I hope we can have at least 
as good of conditions tomorrow morning as we did this morning.

I am eager to test out a new system I put into place this week.  I have 
a Softrock Ensemble II looking at the IF of my selected microwave 
transverter.  Since the softrock only goes to 40 mhz or so, I built a 
DEMI 144-int transverter to take the 144 IFs to 28 mhz.  I also put a 
144 LNA between the microwave IFs and the 144-int input.  The system 
sensitivity is very good.  It may even be equal to my K2 with the 144 
transverter that I use to Rx and TX on microwaves with.  I am using 
HDSDR to look at the output of the softrock.

I will be QRV on 902 through 10.368 Ghz.  I will use 144.260 for a talk 
frequency.
