[MAMS] 10 GHz from Chicago Area

I'll probably start out in EN50rl. I can take 10 and 24 GHz and any other
bands that might be interesting. Also 144 for liaison.
I may try to move closer to Chicago if I can find a decent hill that isn't
too far. Maybe try EN50xf. I could probably work EN51xr from there. I never
tried the other locations from that one. I'm stillkind of undecided after
EN50rl.
