OH NO,
No I haven't.  Where did you read this?  I have been on the 902 band for about a year now and even-though they do something
like this it will take years for anyone to implement anything.....  902 to 903.5 is where all the weak signal is happening.  ATV is up
928 Mhz.  I would like to read this.  Thanks.

Did you see the new 902 band-plan put out by the league today?   How does the microwave community feel about all the FM activity where the weak signal is right now.
