[MAMS] Problem with http://b4h.net/cabforms/fallmicrowavesprint_cab.php

The weird thing is the Cabrillo logs I generate with CT10.03 say "10G"
on them and ARRL has always accepted that. The only problem I've had
with the CT-generated VHF logs is that it calls the 33 cm band "903"
and ARRL wants "902." No big deal to change those in my log file,
though.

I suspect the SVHFS may be more lenient wit the logs.
