[MAMS] Problem with http://b4h.net/cabforms/fallmicrowavesprint_cab.php

When I tried to submit my fall Microwave sprint QSO data to
http://b4h.net/cabforms/fallmicrowavesprint_cab.php
it gives me errors on all the band entries except 902, saying that the band 
entry is non-numeric.
An example is shown below
