"Hello NLRS land -
An ARRL Ad Hoc Committee has been tasked by the Board of Directors with
recommending updates to the ARRL band plans for the amateur bands between
902 MHz and 3.5 GHz. If you are now active on any of these bands or are
developing plans to do so, the committee would like to hear from you.
At the link provided below, towards the bottom of that page, you will find
links to a PDF and to a Excel form. The PDF contains more detailed
information along with directions about how to fill out the Excel form.
Reading and filling out the form should take about five minutes.

Please respond to this request for input by December 15, 2011.
Note that they are looking for input from all users of this spectrum, so if
you know of any FM, ATV, datalink, etc, etc, users, please pass this along
to them as well.
