[MAMS] Michigan rover Activity

I suppose we might make it if we have any propagation. I'll start out in
EN52sa some time before 8 AM CDT and move to EN62cc later. I'll have 902
thru 10368 with me, plus 144.260 for liaison. Jim W9SNR is starting out in
EN62cc and probably moving to somewhere like EN51xr later.
