Currently, I have 2 plans. If 6M is open. And if it is not really open.
Saturday, if 6M is definetly open, I will head to American EN86, and
do the 4 Eastern UP grids. Emphasis on 86. That would include a bit
before the contest. Then return home.
Saturday, if 6M is not really open, I will drive along Lake Michigan,
Michigan side. Around here. EN64, 74, 75. If 6M opens, head to the UP.
Really, need to get JT65 etc running.
Sunday, will be Downstate Michigan. Essentially, travel route, South
on US131, GR, East on I-96 to I-75 North and return home.
Then the usual bands, 6M through 47 GHz. Plan is for more operating
fun, and less frantic driving. Plus, easy on the fuel costs.
Typically, each stop, except 86, I plan from 30 to 60 minutes. Bottom
4 bands, can operate while mobile. Higher bands, only when I am
stopped.
All plans, subject to Murphy, the weather, the river don't rise, and
as W9FZ likes to famously quote, "Sculpted in Jello." So, sorry no
skeds or more specific itinery. Maybe a Friday evening, or Saturday
morning update. Rover Frequency. Oh, I don't know. 144.260 +/- Then
around the calling frequencies on 6/2/222/432. If 6 is really open,
likely something uncluttered above 50.200
73, Lloyd NE8I/r
EN74 etc
