claims the same version 2.4.

Seems to work, though you'll need to fiddle to come up with a slashed 
zero, there are some hints and a few fonts do exist with slashed zeros 
that sort correctly where the nordic Ø prints OK but wrecks the sort. I 
didn't compare the download from softpedia to that from IW5EDI.

I didn't see a provision for reporting grid squares other than the 
signal report column in the block. It may be that can be further 
customized. Have at it.

The first hit and fourth hits were to non existent pages, and there were 
another 1,350,000 hits (query qslmaker, no space) that I didn't check.
