[MAMS] - MAMS Tea Shirts

Our SLAMS Polo shirts were $38 which includes your name and callsign
with the MAMS logo.  The dress shirts were $ 45.  If I remember correctly
the logo was $5, the name was $5 and the callsign was $5.   So for instants
the Polo shirt was 38 - 15 = $23 was the shirt price.  This was a couple of
years ago though.  

If there is enough interest, I could fine out the current prices.   Like I said,
the (3) prices are fixed but if someone wants there name left off, that would
be $5 less in shirt price.  Also, I want to explore a bulk shirt buy and try to
get the price even lower than what I did for the SLAMS group.
