[MAMS] MAMS Ops, bands, names, phone # and locations

Here's what I got for all bands 902 and up:

902 - 10 watts to 18 element looper
1296 - 10 watts to 24 element looper
2304 - ~8 watts to 2 ft dish, WA3RMX feed
3456 - 7 watts to 2 ft dish, WA3RMX feed
5760 - 6 watts to 2 ft dish, WA3RMX feed
10368 - 2.5 watts to 2 ft dish, strange feed I found in old QST
24192 - ~1 watt to 1 ft Endwave dish

These are all to be used from portable locations. The only times I might be
able to work from home might be RS if I can see the clouds from home or
nearby.
