Thank you, Dave.
We have been missing Truett for quite a while and hoped he was just busy with
other hobbies.
He generally came up during the VHF 'tests and ran all the bands with us from
his EM65.
He will be missed.

I received this from Hal Perry:
In case you haven't heard, it's sad for me to report that we lost our
good friend, Truett last night, Jan 26th to an apparent heart attack according
to his
brother who called me today to let me know.
I thought I would let some of his fellow hams know as he was a very avid
VHF/UHF DX'er thoroughly enjoying his contacts with other VHF/UHF weak signal
enthusiasts around the country.
Truett and I had also enjoyed several fishing trips together here around
the Chattanooga area and caught many fish together.
At this time arrangements have not been confirmed.
Truett had endured several rounds of chemo and a bone marrow transplant
during his battle with cancer during the last couple years. At the time of his
death he was getting chemo treatments although his brother said that he was
feeling pretty good.
I guess the ole body can withstand just so many intrusions of radiation.
He will be very much missed around the weak signal community.
RIP Truett -- KG4PSR -- EM 65
