I have a Harris microwave pll for 5.8 to7.2 GHz, and I know where there are
several more like it at reasonable prices. I have absolutely no information
whatsoever on how to hook it up or power it. There are five wires going in.
The model number is SD110009-106 S/n is 14 and the date code is 1196. There is a
website called Star Microwave that lists it. but I have not been able to bring
up any info. I am also pretty sure that the contacts I had at Harris 20 years
ago are long gone. So, the questions are: Is it usable for ham frequencies. I
sent it to Randy, WB0JQQ and he is not sure if it can be retuned without a new
crystal. The frequencies listed on the outside that are adjustable are
6326.540mhz and 105.44233 mhz. I also aquired an lna from the same equipment and
it really works good. It is so well built you could drive over it with a car and
not damage it at all.
Anybody : Recognize the PLL: have any printed info on it: know where info can
be obtained:. I will ship it to anyone who might be interested in reverse
engineering it
