[MAMS] MAD conditions

That's kind of what I was afraid of. Hepburn forecast doesn't look
encouraging for this area. If I'd been able to get on the road, and if
Jim W9SNR were planning on being active, it would be interesting to
try to work him in EN52sa or EN62cc from EN50rl. But I haven't heard
anything from Jim about activity today and I think he took all the
microwave gear out of his car for the the winter. He does have through
1296 at home though.
I've thought of the chat room or logging page idea. I might look into that.
