[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG on the air

Hi John, thanks for bringing lowfer TAG back up. Haven't noticed 
anything at my new QTH yet but know it's running because it comes 
through using the Rockport, ME kiwisdr. The path is only 73.4 mi so it 
should be stronger but the loop null is probably impacting copy. Also, 
the timeout is way too short, only about 10 minutes. The frequency is 
wrong in the attached ARGO capture because the scale slipped when 
refreshing. It is 185.302 kHz like you mentioned.

The K1VL kiwisdr in the past has provided better copy over a 119.1 mi 
path but today its copy is nil. There are plenty of other kiwisdr 
receivers available via http://kiwisdr.com/.public/ but unfortunately 
hardly any of them hear decently at LF.
