[Lowfer] Lowfer WM QRV

Very impressive capture Gedas. I just looked again for WM and now that 
it's afternoon and only ground wave is present the signal is much 
stronger (except when occasional local QRN kicks in). Interestingly 
while WM showed up weakly here on the Indiana kiwisdr at 
http://22294.proxy.kiwisdr.com:8073/ last night and Mike copied it very 
well in the afternoon I see nothing on it at the moment.
