[Lowfer] Lowferlist relay for Gedas

I'm not sure what is going on with the list. I was contacted by someone at
qth.net about the list owner. His e-mail address kept bouncing. I sent a
message to the group about whether anyone had a current e-mail address for
him and it never got posted. (I have since found his new e-mail address.)
But I wondered why it didn't get posted.
