[Lowfer] TAG WM SIW in CT

Jay, Thanks for the Lowfer report from the East side. I am happy to see 
the WM signal in there with TAG and SIW. We have a full cover of snow 
which always seems to help propagation. It didn't turn real cold until 
after the snowfall so the ground is not frozen deep, if it has frozen at 
all.

Thanks again, for taking time to listen and make the report.
