Hi Gedas, WH2XVN transmits regular CW so a QRSS60 banndwidth won't work,
regardless of rate. Neither will QRSS30, or even QRSS3.  The ARGO
bandwidth for even the latter is only about 1/3 Hz, whereas the CW
bandwidth is on the order of 5 Hz. Yes, I've tried QRSS3 out of
curiosity under strong signal conditions and got basically a solid
carrier line with +/- sidebands a few Hz away. But to really copy the
signal I've used SSB bandwidth on a number of California kiwisdrs with
the audio driving ARGO in CW mode. Even though the ERP is greater than
lowfer legal it's still quite small and sending CW to boot. Doubt it's
possible to detect that at our distances. I'm not sure how accurate your
frequency scale is, but at least some of the kiwisdrs are locked to GPS
so 0.5 Hz seems too large.
