[Lowfer] 181.18 kHz lowfers

Pleased to see the return of kiwisdr N8GA, the most sensitive LF 
receiver I've come across. Used it to look for KE and JH around 181.818 
kHz. Despite a lot of Atlantic storm noise did get a bit of signal from 
JH. In the past, KE came in often while JH was not seen, but not last 
night. Many kiwisdrs have usage timeouts that limit QRSS reception. In 
the case of N8GA, the timeout is now just an hour with a maximum of 4 hr 
usage per day.
