[Lowfer] SIW,TAG, and SJ into EM68

Mike, that's not SJ but rather WH2XXP. A great DX catch! I wasn't sure 
that was still active since I looked last night trying various kiwisdrs 
relatively close and saw nothing. But neither did I see JH (and KE) 
using a very close kiwisdr and Gedas certainly confirmed JH was running 
fine. I can't even see WM using the nearby, currently active kiwisdrs I 
know of.  KT0TT is now overwhelmed by noise at LF and the Edinburgh RX 
is still missing. Sure miss N8GA!
