[Lowfer] Divide by N boards?

I recall in the 90's "divide by N" chips were popular to get down into 
LowFER ranges using more common HF equipment.

I'm working on a project where I need something sooner, rather than 
later, have way to many projects on the bench (all Honey-do's, no way 
out!), and not set up for soldering, or prototyping, so...

Has anyone played with these modern pre-fab boards?
