[Lowfer] Colorado kiwisdr

Used the N6GN kiwisdr in Colorado a bit last night and saw just signal 
bits from WH2XXP but clear copy of SIW at 884 miles via ARGO at QRSS30. 
Power had been down somewhat on SIW but Bob, NK9M re-peaked it and that 
certainly helped.
