[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers using N6GA kiwisdr in Colorado

Storms in the east prevented useful LF monitoring there but N6GA in 
Colorado was relatively quiet. WH2XXP came through well from 644 miles 
before the 30 minute timeout and bits of WM (944 mi) and SIW (844 mi) 
were apparent.
