[Lowfer] Lowfers WH2XXP and WM

Went looking for WH2XXP again using the N6GN kiwisdr in Colorado and 
this time was successful. But more impressively was seeing lowfer WM 
over a 944 mi path. Nothing was noticed from lowfer SIW despite the path 
being somewhat shorter. The receive antenna is a loop so perhaps seeing 
or not seeing particular signals is the result of aiming, if it isn't fixed.

DL7NN continues to decode well for east coast stations in the evening, 
and occasionally G4SDG decodes too. Mode FST4W-300 has generally been 
sent, but last night the mode was FST4W-900.
