[Lowfer] Lowfers SIW and EAR

Checked watering hole activity this morning using several kiwisdr 
receivers. Storm racket degraded signals compared to normal but the 
central IN site also has a curtain of spurious signals. That may be why 
neither SIW nor WM came through using it. Later, tuned in lowfer EAR 
with the nearby Pembleton Farms, MI kiwisdr and as usual found it 
working well.
