For anyone needing more info on the WM Lowfer, here is the info Gedas
was asking for;
Frequency is 185300 Hz plus a smidgen. I am shifted up a little to not
drift down on SIW. The message is sent as a graphic intended to paint
correctly on a QRSS 30 Argo type screen. That graphic looks like the
letters WM in FSKCW - 60, FSKCW - 30, and Hand Written. My exciter is
based on the Atmel 386P uP driving a SI5351s Clock generator chip. The
PA is a Bipolar transistor Push/Pull design, with 1 Watt Input power
following FCC Part 15 rules. The Antenna is a 30Ft tall Wire with a
Marconi style tophat. My grid is EM68es. On air by me since 2015.
My website has been down for 6 months or so. I just established a new
server and am working to get the beacon info back online. The old site
can be found on archive.org, search for "wmbeacon.meekfarm.us".
