[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG

Used a number of kiwisdr receivers with large claimed antennas to look 
for lowfer TAG at the watering hole over night. Best copy was using the 
VE3HOA RX at 341 mi. A bit farther at 444 mi the signal was evident in 
MD using the W3HFU RX, some copy was obtained at 546 mi in Pittsburgh, 
PA, and the Cable, OH RX at 723 mi even showed signal traces using only 
an eprobe.
