Most likely one of the FST / FST4W variants in the WSJT-X suite of programs.
Check the length of the transmission and select the mode accordingly. Some
might still be running legacy WSPR as well.

What software are all of you using to decode the various stations?
I've been monitoring a number of stations on 475.6 kHz. One identified in
CW as W8JI. The others are probably using some form of digital
transmissions but I can't
decode them.
