[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG

Hi Garry,

To my best knowledge WM Lowfer has had no issues for the past several 
days. I have been working with the Kiwiclient developer to iron out the 
output file size issue. That includes capturing the lowfer through my 
kiwi. Yesterday I made files from 9 to 10 AM. Then again at 6 to 8PM CDT.
A corrected version of Kiwiclient was posted to github on Sunday. I 
convinced myself last evening that the task of resampling the audio has 
been corrected.
