[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG

Last night I checked reception of lowfer TAG by all the available nearby 
kiwisdr receivers. TAG came through strong via the K1VL kiwisdr at 119.1 
mi using a 270' center fed doublet. Copy was moderate using the WA2ZKD 
RX at 73.4 mi. No copy was seen using the KM3T, W1NT, KB1VWC, and W1NJC 
receivers. In fact, despite claiming a 500' NE Beverage antenna at 77.7 
mi from TAG, W1NT didn't even copy powerhouse NAA on 24 kHz. All the 
other receivers did at least show some response at 24 kHz, albeit in 
some cases not as strong as one would expect.
