Found the Edinburgh, IN and Brookfield, WI kiwisdrs quite noisy so 
looked around for others to monitor. One in Peoria, ILat 96 miles 
produced a wspr-15 decode but failed to decode opera-32. The latter 
should be more sensitive but the deep search routine is prone to false 
decodes. SIW was not in the dynamic call list and don't know how to 
force it there. Mode/frequency shift after 1800Z yielded the attached 
QRSS30 capture. The frequency reads low by about 1.3 Hz and WM is hardly 
there, but more noticeable using QRSS60 in ARGO.
