it's audible) here right before sunrise.

Maybe the carrier I was seeing on 153 WAS Radio Algeria, if they are not
broadcasting audio full-time. It was 0300Z when I listened. I'll
listen
tonight at sunset and see if it's stronger then.
I heard NDB's as far away
as Canada.
Around sunrise I did hear a signal on 40 kHz. I think I heard ticks. Maybe
that was JJY, too.
There was a lot of lightning QRN last night.
