I think I have my loop working again and it is providing it's normal 
10-15 dB S/N improvement over the simple ham antennas I have been using 
this last month as I prepare for winter.

Right after my local sunset I was watching a strong carrier at 153 kHz 
expecting ROU to come on shortly. Instead at about 00:00 UTC I heard 
some audio then traditional Arabic music. I am listening to it now as it 
gains strength. I suspect this is radio Algeria and not ROU at all. Bummer
