[Lowfer] ROU 153 kHz AM

My 900' E/W and 700' N/S longwires are unterminated so I can use them
for the other directions. 40 kc JJY is a regular most any early morning.
I have not heard the Mongolian LWBC since moving from Oregon 13 years ago.
