[Lowfer] Lowfesr JH ane KE

Saw the note from John that his lowfer JH was running so looked for a 
nearby kiwisdr to try to copy it over night. Closest  I could find were 
some stations using W6LVP loops on receive around Rayleigh 150 miles 
distant and even ARGO at QRSS60 didn't show anything. Tried the KT4RS 
receiver even farther using a large inverted V and that didn't show JH 
either, but it did copy KE with QSB. The path to KE is only 76 miles and 
that made the difference. Perhaps I'll have more luck trying in the 
daylight for ground-wave only signals from both lowfers.
