[Lowfer] Need a Hand Getting QRSS Going

This evening I DL and installed QRSS viewer (ARGO) and currently have it 
monitoring 185.299 kHz. I do not know if my RSPdx and SDRConsole will 
let me tune to 185.2993 kHz so I have it left on 185.299.

Below is a URL showing a screen capture of what I am seeing and I am 
positive I will need to RTFM and/or should be using a different QRSS 
program.

Is there anyone willing to e-mail me off list so we don't clog up the 
reflector with my questions regarding how to better setup ARGO etc? 
Would appreciate a hand here. TU 73
