[Lowfer] Lowfers TAG and WM

Thanks for the report Garry. The Environmental Conditions here are very 
dry with lots of leaves on the trees. They are showing stress due to the 
reduced rainfall.

I removed the Helix Can for the summer to make mowing easier. After 
re-installation, I could only make 3 neons light during tuneup, I'm sure 
it was 4 last season. I may need to do some additional tuning work. It's 
good to know that the bubbles are floating out of the county.
