[Lowfer] Over night lowfers in NE IL

Hi John. I just had a listen for EAR on 188 starting at about 3:30 PM 
and your beacon was coming in loud and clear. Lots of multipath as can 
be seen in the screen capture. Weird how their was no trace of it for 
several days earlier. 73
