[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Thanks for the morning reports. Something kicked up a notch! My local 
monitor of the WM Lowfer is looking unchanged. We remained dry here 
until after sunup. It then drizzled for a few minutes. This years 
rainfall is way below normal.
