[Lowfer] hmmm, no signals around the watering hole for me

Hi Gedas, no SIW was not powered down. Rather it was sending wspr15 and
opera32 on 185.185 kHz until you caught the switch to 185.2993 kHz where
it sends a QRSS30/QRSS60 repeating sequence. I'm looking at the watering
hole right now via the Edinburgh, IN kiwisdr and see both SIW and WM.
It's too early to expect TAG and SJ to be in there and like John I noted
SJ was missing last night. Last year around this time WH2XXP was active
at 185.305 kHz from Tonopath, AZ. Haven't seen even a hint of that
signal so doubt it's on the air at the moment.
