[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Monitored the 185.3 kHz lowfer watering hole over night with the VE3HOA 
kiwisdr and received signals from SJ, TAG, and SIW, but nothing was 
noted from WM. It was running because earlier in the day it was received 
fine with the Edinburgh, IN and Salem, OH kiwisdrs. Also tried the K1VL 
kiwisdr at nearly 800 mi from SIW but only SJ and TAG came through.

Conditions for NDB in the Pacific were decent with POA, HI; MDY, Midway; 
and MAJ, Marshall Is decoding via the Newport, OR kiwisdr. But not as 
good as 111723 when FA, American Samoa also decoded. Plenty of good 
signals from stations in AK.
