[Lowfer] Lowfers SIW SJ WM and TAG

I didn't realize lowfer SJ was back on the air, at least it was last 
night. The extended QRSS60 ARGO screen was set  to top out just above 
185.302 kHz to catch TAG. WM FSK came through much better than recently 
on the VE3HOA kiwisdr RX at an impressive 716 mi, but even after 
repairing the variometer and retuning it's still weaker than expected. 
When I looked at the QRSS30 ARGO screen there was SJ at 185.3057 kHz. 
QSB is apparent on both captures and interestingly SIW and WM came 
through best when TAG was weakest. Again, not sure just how the VE3HOA 
Beverage antenna is aimed (I've seen mention of SE).  But if it's 
bi-directional and aimed NE to Europe it would pick up signals from 
Illinois well, but TAG and SJ would be off the side.
