[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Good copy last night of lowfers SIW and TAG at the 185.3 kHz watering 
hole using the VE3HOA kiwisdr. Later, lowfer KE came through via the 
N8GA kiwisdr. No traces of lowfer JH were seen.
